This amazingly valued product is multi-functional so you can train multiple muscle groups and comes with many attachments. This unique design promotes versatility to give you the ultimate workout experience.
The SD10003 has a clever seated row station located in the center of the machine.
It utilizes a 1:1 pulley ratio which gives you a true weight feel and does not reduce the weight on the pulley.
The seated row station has a large foot plate to give you a great position for rowing and uses the pro strength commercial sealed bearing pulleys for a smooth row feel. NOTE: weights not included. (only 1 bar not 2 bars) suits 50mm hole plates

• The smith machine is very smooth and has a double cable pulley system that is adjustable, making the pulling force smooth and flexible.
• Functional pulley can be adjusted to multiple levels.
• Includes a multi grip pull up and dip bar. • Is attached with a low row cable with foot plates.
• The smith machine as a low row cable with foot plate and barbell storage.
• Has a large bearing capacity with a very stable and durable design that can take a load of 300kg.
